We had the best experience at Alice Springs Tyrepower store on 15th April 2025. The customer service officer (female) was very helpful and knowledgeable. The guy who diagnosed our cracked rim and plugged the tyre was very helpful and patient as we worked out what to do. Highly recommend their service it’s exceptional!

Exceptional customer service! The man took a lot of time with me to determine my needs (off-road to highway driving ratio) and compare the new tyre side by side with my old tyre. Excellent explanations and he recommended the cheapest set out of the options he considered. This will pay off in the long run because he has won my future business!
